Email Login and Password Reset

Elmhurst College provides all students, faculty, and staff with Microsoft Office 365 free of charge, including acess to fully-installed and always up-to-date versions of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and more for Windows or Mac. Click here to learn more about downloading the suite. Below is information about accessing your Office 365 campus email through the web.


Access Email

To access your Office 365 campus email account, follow these instructions.

  1. Sign in to myElmhurst Portal here with your eNumber and password.
  2. Click on the Email app to sign in. 
  3. Sign in to Office 365 with your email address (username@365.elmhurst.edu) and myElmhurst Portal password.

Email Format

As a student, your email address will typically be composed of the first letter of your first name, the first four letters of your last name, and the last four digits of your eNumber, followed by @365.elmhurst.edu.

Example: Victor Bluejay (e0001871)
Email: vblue1871@365.elmhurst.edu


Update/Reset Password

To reset your Office 365 campus email password, you will need to reset your password for myElmhurst Portal. The new password you create will update your email password automatically.
 

Update Password

Click "Update Password" if you are already logged in to myElmhurst Portal and your email account.

Reset Password

Click "Reset Password" if you are unable to log into myElmhurst Portal or your email account.
